2019 OOG Biannual Newsletter
The Office of Open Government (OOG)has released its Bi-Annual Newsletter, The Opengovist: July 5 2019 Edition. It is available here.
In this issue OOG presents an overview of its new regulations implementing provisions of the Open Meetings Act. There is also a discussion of the Public Charter School Transparenct Bill. The Newsletter also features developments in FOIA and OMA law and the advice rendered by OOG.
