Notice of Information Gathering Meeting

The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) will hold an information gathering meeting on the notification from Providence Health System, Inc. regarding the proposed closure of the Urgent Care Center (Certificate of Need Registration No. 19-5-2) and the Diagnostic Imaging Center (Certificate of Need Registration No. 19-5-15).
