   3. Review Closed Door Meetings vs. Open Meetings for any new members

(Session Closed to the Public -per D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(1) (“A law…requires that a particular matter or proceeding not be public.”).  This comports with the June 21, 2017 advisory opinion, which concluded that MCRTF “may rely upon D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(1) to review sensitive collision related records as directed under the [Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Amendment] Act [of 2016].” )
