The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) will hold an information hearing on the applications of:
1. National Harborside SNF Operations LLC and 4601 MLK Ave SNF Operations LLC (CON No. 2025-8-05) for the acquisition of DCA Hadley SNF, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation National Harbor;

2. National Harborside LTAC Operations LLC and 4601 MLK Ave SNF Operations LLC (CON 2025-8-06) for the acquisition of DCA Hadley LTAC, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Hospital National Harbor;

3. Capitol Hill LTAC Operations LLC (CON 2025-6-04) for the acquisition of DCA Capitol Hill LTAC, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Hospital Capitol Hill; and

4. Capitol Hill SNF Operations LLC (CON 2025-6-05) for the acquisition of DCA Capitol Hill SNF, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Capitol Hill on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually through WebEx.
