FY26 DC FOIA Legislation and Litigation Update

On July 16, 2026, the Office of Open Government (OOG) presented the “FY26 DC FOIA Legislation and Litigation Update,” facilitated by OOG’s Attorney Advisor Anthony J Scerbo.  The training was the second in OOG’s FOIA Officer summer webinar series and the session covered legislative actions and litigation impacting the D.C. Freedom of Information Act.
