Department of Human Services - Family Rehousing Stabilization Program Task Force
The District’s Homeward DC Plan recognizes that the Family Rehousing and Stabilization Program (FRSP), also known as rapid re-housing, is a key program within the continuum of care to support families who experience homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness. While the program helps to end homelessness for many families, there are opportunities to enhance this crucial support. Therefore, DHS and partners are launching a multi-stakeholder task force to develop recommendations for how to improve the program. The Task Force will include customers, providers, landlords, advocates, and representatives from DC Government and City Council. It will be run by an independent facilitator.
