Dismissal of OMA Complaint for Lack of Jurisdiction #OOG-2026-0012

On July 13, 2026, the Director of Open Government ("Director") dismissed this Open Meetings Act Complaint (#OOG-2026-0012) because the issues complained of were not within the Director's jurisdiction. The complaint concerned Advisory Neighborhood Commission meetings, which are excluded from the Open Meetings Act.
