On June 30, 2026, the Office of Open Government dismissed Complaint #OOG-2026-0013 regarding issues with White House law enforcement. The complaint was dismissed because the Open Meetings Act does not apply to non-District of Columbia entities, including the White House and the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
