Notice of Information Hearing - Ascension Health Alliance

The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) will hold an information hearing on the Certificate of Need Application of Ascension Health Alliance (“Ascension”) (CON No. 2025-2-12) for the change of effective control of Ambulatory TopCo, LLC.  Ambulatory TopCo is the ultimate parent company of AmSurg, LLC that indirectly owns AmSurg EC Washington, Inc., the majority owner of The Endoscopy Center of Washington D.C., L.P., an outpatient endoscopic ambulatory surgery center in the District of Columbia.
