On August 7, 2025, the Office of Open Government (OOG) dismissed this Open Meetings Act (OMA) complaint against the Council of the District of Columbia because the D.C. Council promulgated its rules concerning open meetings and is responsible for enforcement regarding its own meetings and other gatherings.
