NOTICE OF INFORMATION HEARING

Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 44-406(b)(4), the District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency ("SHPDA") will hold an information hearing on HHS Buyer, Inc. (Certificate of Need Registration No. 21-0-5) for the Proposed Change of Control for Capital Health Care Associates, Inc. d/b/a Capital City Nurses Health Care Services.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. using WebEx Conferencing.  Please send an email to dana.mitchener@dc.gov to register for the Information Hearing and receive a link to the WebEx Conferencing.

The hearing will include a presentation by HHS Buyer, Inc. describing its plans and addressing the certifications required pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 44-406(b).  The hearing also includes an opportunity for affected and interested persons to testify.  Persons who wish to testify should contact the SHPDA at (202) 442-5875 before 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.  Each member of the public who wish to testify must register in advance of the Information Hearing and will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes.  Written statements may be submitted to:
