Open Meetings Act Training for Local School Advisory Teams - Series II

On November 15, 2025, the Office of Open Government (OOG) presented “Open Meetings Act Training for Local School Advisory Teams – Series II” facilitated by OOG’s Attorney Advisor Joan Lelma.  The training provided a description of OOG’s functions and an in-depth examination of the application of the Open Meetings Act (OMA) to public bodies (in particular, Local School Advisory Teams), with a brief question and answer section which covered meeting procedures under the OMA.
