FY23 DC FOIA TRAINING SERIES: Effectively Managing the FOIA Process
On June 20, 2023, the Office of Open Government presented “Effectively Managing the FOIA Process” facilitated by Director Niquelle Allen. This webinar covered the lifecycle of responding to a FOIA request from receiving the request to processing and responding to the request with the responsive records or a denial. This course provided comprehensive instruction on how a FOIA Officer should effectively manage their duties.
